Thank you for shopping with JUJUBEAN. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

All JUJUBEAN jewelry and accessories are processed and prepared to order.
Please allow up to 14 business days (2 weeks) for order fulfillment before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Carrier & Method

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipping Location

JUJUBEAN currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of a small business and our products, all sales are final.
JUJUBEAN does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the incorrect item or an item damaged in transit), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. JUJUBEAN is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages due to address errors are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by UPS, JUJUBEAN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any delivery disputes must be resolved directly with UPS.
